- Approximately 5 hours of self-paced pre-course learning completed beforehand
- Online workshop session delivered virtually on July 1 between 9:30am and 2:30pm (5 hours)

What to expect
Due to the limited number of spots, participants will be vetted via a short phone conversation prior to confirmation, ensuring the workshop remains highly relevant, collaborative, and beneficial for everyone involved.
Once your place is confirmed, you will receive an invoice for the participant contribution fee. After payment is received, you will be registered for the course and provided with login details to begin your pre-workshop learning, which must be completed at least two weeks prior to the live session.
Following completion of both the pre-learning and live workshop, you’ll receive your Mental Health First Aid certification.
